Victoria Russman is a creative force bringing energy, communication, and expertise to any production or content creation environment she’s worked in. Currently, she operates as Creative Marketing Manager at Nel PreTech Corporation in Tinley Park, IL. Joining NPC in September of 2020, Victoria is helping the 3D scanning and industrial CT engineering lab expand its status as experts in the field of metrology and dimensional inspection. She conceives and produces materials to evolve the brand and bring awareness to their core audience.
Victoria graduated with a B.A. in Broadcast & Cable Production from Western Michigan University. Beginning her career in broadcast television, she went on to gain more than two decades of experience in all facets of multimedia production. She excelled as a live television director at the ABC affiliate in Grand Rapids, MI where she directed several Emmy Award winning “Best Newscasts”. After building the trust of her colleagues and management team, she rose to the rank of Operations Manager serving the Technology Department. Victoria helped the company navigate a digital transformation, a complete re-branding, and many technology evolutions. As part of a commitment to an underserved high school in West Michigan, she spent many hours teaching the broadcast students how to use their media equipment and advising them on different careers within the industry.

Some of the highlights of Victoria’s time with Nel PreTech include advancing the pivot to digital marketing resulting in more awareness to the brand, more awareness of 3D scanning and industrial CT scanning as value-add engineering services and increased on-boarding of new clients. She oversees content across all platforms. From social media videos, blogs, SEO content, tutorial videos, presentations, trade shows, newsletters, podcast production and more, she brings a passion for creating and a desire to showcase the outstanding talent of Nel PreTech Corporation.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and dog. Hosting dinners for the rest of her immediate family and friends is also time well spent for her. Oftentimes, Victoria sees a cause worth fighting for and jumps right in to get involved. For instance, she once led a successful community petition to prevent a parking lot from being built in her neighborhood. Snowboarding is one of her favorite activities followed by hiking, live music, cooking, sewing, digging in the garden, and exploring anything new!
