| JOB DESCRIPTION |
This position involves the supervision and organization of all administrative
functions and administrative personnel. The Office Manager is an operations
support function and reports directly to the Operations Manager. |

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES |
The
Operations Manager position involves the day-to-day maintenance and improvement
of facility, business processes, employee performance, customer relations,
and production scheduling. This position reports directly to the President

| JOB
AUTHORITIES |
- The
Operations Manager has broad responsibilities for business processes
and operations and by nature has defined authority to:
- Hire
and fire employees for all operations positions
- Schedule production
and employee hours and allocate machine use
- Assign jobs and/or
accounts
- Direct administrative
personnel and establish and prioritize work
- Monitor and document
employee performance relative to defined responsibilities,
assigned duties, quality management system obligations, and overall
behavior
- Conduct and document
formal employee performance reviews of all operations employees
- Define new objectives
and responsibilities for all employees
- Pick Up and deliver
projects for unassigned local accounts
- Chair management
review meetings in absence of president
- Schedule new
customer introductions and conduct facility tours
- Purchase
goods and services for operation and/or facility within approved
budget
- Maintain
supplier relationships through whatever means necessary to ensure
communication of company needs

REQUIREMENTS |
- Bachelors
degree in business administration, finance or related
- Outstanding organizational
and time management skills.
- Ability to read
and understand mechanical blueprints
- Solid communication
skills.
- Thorough
knowledge of Microsoft applications, spreadsheets, etc
