| JOB TITLE | Human Resources Manager |
| JOB DESCRIPTION | This position involves managing the administrative processing needs of NPC's employees. This position reports directly to the president. |
| JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES | The Human Resource Manager has the responsibility of establishing the processes for payroll, personnel data, health insurance, company retirement plan, and workers compensation insurance issues. This position does not make policy. |
| JOB AUTHORITIES | This position has the authority to contract with the appropriate vendors needed to assist in administering employee record keeping, insurance needs, and all NPC benefits. He/She will also work with the Operations Manager, to request appropriate administrative support from NPC personnel. This support may include employee data collection and tracking, faxing, photocopying, filing, typing and distribution of letters and memos. In addition, this position has the authority to consult with legal counsel as needed to maintain appropriate personnel policy and procedure. |
